Porsche Piwis Tester II V13.400 has finally arrived. This new Piwis Tester II now supports not only auto diagnosing but also car key programming. Although those running machines equipped with Piwis can purchase the official version of the software, the new Porsche piwis tester 2 V13.400 software is actually available as a free download on UOBD2.

Here’s our quick guide on how to download and install Windows 8.1 for free so that you do not have to spend another $2000 more bucks on a new Porsche diagnostic tool.

Step 1: Download Porsche Piwis Tester II V13.400 software. Make sure your PC is plugged into a power supply, connected to the Internet and download it from the link:

http://kt.qclt.com/porsche/piwis2-update-DVD/v13.400/. You should download all the compressed files. Otherwise, the upgrading file will not be able to be decompressed.

Step 2: Burn the software to a writable CD or HDD. Unlike other software that can be installed directly after downloading, this Piwis Tester II software can only be installed via a CD or a HDD. This is a little bit inconvenient, but the cost of a CD is still much less than a new Piwis.

Step 3: Install Porsche Piwis V13.400 software. Connect your Piwis hardware to your computer and then install the software in the same way that you install its predecessor.
